System Requirements

Minimum requirements:

Windows XP SP 3 or Vista
.NET Framework 3.5 or greater
1.5ghz Celeron processor
512mb RAM
middle-grade graphics card
800 x 600 minimum screen resolution
Plenty of free disk space - if you don’t have the .NET Framework installed, you will need at least 250mb of free disk space to install that, plus application required disk space. Of course, you will need room for your pictures and so on as well...

While StashWiz K will run on older PCs (those that are 5-6 years in age), the minimal configuration above will yield minimal performance, and, in some cases, be a little frustrating (it will take some time for images to display/animate in the browse views). We tested StashWiz K on a notebook with the configuration above (the graphics card was more low-grade) and it ran, but quite slowly. On a 1st generation Dell XPS laptop (3.4ghz processor, 2gb RAM higher-end graphics card, it is about 6 years old now), it runs acceptably. On a newer Dell Inspiron 1525 (overall middle-grade notebook), with Vista, it runs well. The bottom line is, the browsing portion is a graphics-heavy part of the application, so, the better your computer, the better your experience!

As stated above, a Dell Inspiron 1525 runs StashWiz K well. Its configuration is: Intel Core 2 Duo T5800 processor, 3gb RAM, built-in graphics.
